I’m an amateur cook who loves to make dinner every night despite my lack of skills!  Each time I cook, I try a new recipe from a blogger or cookbook author. I make the recipes my own by adapting them to accommodate our pantry ingredients or to fit my gluten-free needs.  Meat or fish dishes make an appearance a few times a month, but I mostly choose plant-based meals with a gluten-free adaptation.  I hope to help others who are looking for simple, delicious, and (mostly) healthy recipes to try!
